Crunchy Deviled Eggs


We all get board of eating hard boiled eggs, and there's only so much you can do. Eggs are a good way to accent a meal, or used to make a delicious wrap. Now if we want to eliminated wheat we still want something that's mouth watering, therefore deviled eggs are an awesome way to dress up the dull. This style of preparing eggs can be very fatting, but follow this simple recipe and you'll be on the right track! Yummy crunchy deviled eggs please.

List:
Hard boiled eggs
1 tsp of lemon juice
1/2 tsp minced chili 
1/2 tsp of roasted onions
1/2 tsp paprika
Parsley
Pinch of ginger
Olive oil enough to bind yokes
*based of 2 eggs

Chick Pea Salsa



Clean eating is the way of the future, but learning how to dress up the basics is a must to stay on track. Today I made a hot and spicy salsa that you can pair with lean meats or other veggies. Defiantly this dish will add some kick to your step and leave your taste buds wanting more. 

List:

Can of chick peas washed
1 tbsp of garlic
Cilantro
Parsley
2 tbsp of oil
Half of a lemon juice
1/4 of a red pepper
2 chili pods
1/4 onion chopped
1 tbsp of cayenne 
salt / pepper
*all ingredients can be altered to your taste
