Clean eating is the way of the future, but learning how to dress up the basics is a must to stay on track. Today I made a hot and spicy salsa that you can pair with lean meats or other veggies. Defiantly this dish will add some kick to your step and leave your taste buds wanting more.
List:
Can of chick peas washed
1 tbsp of garlic
Cilantro
Parsley
2 tbsp of oil
Half of a lemon juice
1/4 of a red pepper
2 chili pods
1/4 onion chopped
1 tbsp of cayenne
salt / pepper
*all ingredients can be altered to your taste
